Builders in West Lynn

We used BTB after a friend recommended them. Ben gave honest advice about materials and the finished garden feels balanced and usable.

The drainage work was done properly too which was a relief.

From start to finish, BTB made us feel like we were in safe hands. They talked us through what was needed for our foundation job, didn’t try to upsell or complicate anything, and just got on with it.

The work was clean, accurate and completed right on schedule. Top marks.

We didn’t know where to start but BTB made it easy. Clear timeline, honest advice and a brilliant finish.

After several quotes and a few dodgy experiences elsewhere, BTB & Co actually delivered exactly what they promised. Ben wasn’t pushy, just honest and professional from the first visit.

The guys worked solidly every day, even through that freezing spell. Our new kitchen-diner looks stunning and it’s made the house feel brand new. They tidied every evening, respected the neighbours and handled all the paperwork for planning. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother project. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

From the first quote to the final finish, everything was smooth. The team explained things clearly and did a proper tidy job.

BTB & Co handled our awkward split garden brilliantly. Ben explained how he’d manage the drainage and steps in a simple way that even I understood.

The lads grafted for a solid week but stayed polite and tidy the whole time. The result feels warm, balanced and far easier to move around. You can tell they care about long lasting work rather than flashy shortcuts.

Since retiring we've spent a lot more time at home and the old kitchen had become a real frustration. Drawers that stuck and poor lighting made daily tasks harder than they needed to be.

The new layout has made everything easier and the improved lighting means we can actually see what we're doing. They listened to how we use the space now rather than how it was before. Very happy with the result.

Really loved how they kept original features but still made everything feel new. BTB & Co were tidy, respectful and really easy to talk to.

Our new home feels solid, warm and beautifully finished. Ben checked progress every few days which kept it stress-free.

We’d recommend BTB & Co in a heartbeat. Great communication and they genuinely respected our home.

We’d heard about BTB & Co through family and they didn’t disappoint. Ben was always on top of things, sorting trades and keeping us informed.

The lads worked hard and treated the site with respect. The place looks stunning and you can feel the quality in every detail.

Ben was friendly and straightforward. The team worked efficiently and the patio feels solid.

The new layout has genuinely improved the space. Would happily use BTB again.
